Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
We hope you will love your HAPPiDAY purchase, but we accept that sometimes things don't go according to plan.
Exchanges
- If you've made a mistake with your order, changed your mind, or if it does not fit, we can offer you an exchange within 30 days of purchase. Please get in touch by emailing hello@happiday.co.uk to arrange this.For all orders placed between 01 November and 31 December each year we will extend the exchange returns policy to 60 days, so you don’t have to worry if the gift you purchased for Christmas isn’t quite right.
- You will need to pay for the returns postage and for the postage and packing of the replacement item.
Returns due to fault
- If there’s a problem with your item (if we’ve made a mistake, or if your order arrives damaged) please try to let us know as soon as possible by emailing hello@happiday.co.uk, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund for you as soon as possible.
- We may require you to return the faulty item to us or to the supplier in order for them to verify the problem, we'll arrange this with you as appropriate.
- Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund on any of our print-on-demand products unless they are faulty, or we (or the supplier/manufacturer) have made a mistake.
- If the goods are faulty or we - or the supplier/manufacturer - have made a mistake, we will refund you your original and any returns postage incurred.
Returns 'just because'.
- For non print-on-demand items which we generally hold in stock, you may return items for a refund within 30 days of purchase, provided they have their labels intact. Please contact hello@happiday.co.uk to verify and arrange this.
- When returning items for refund, you will need to pay for your return postage. As soon as your item is back with us, providing it’s in a sellable condition and in its original packaging, we’ll process a full refund for the item(s) within 5 to 10 working days, back onto the account you used to make the original purchase.

We are unable to refund postage and packing costs for 'just because' returns.
